The Mums & Bubs Yoga classes are designed to restore, nurture and strengthen your body after the birth of your baby in a safe way. The focus lies on stabilising the core and pelvic floor areas as well as opening and strengthening the chest and shoulder areas through the practice of flowing and steady yoga poses and useful breathing techniques to encourage an easy recovery from pregnancy and labour. All poses and movements allow for a playful and fun interaction and bonding time with your baby. It is a weekly space which allows you to connect to your body in a loving way and to recharge your energy and meet other ‘new’ mums and babies.
