Let yourself be empowered by learning useful breathing techniques to assist you through the birth of your baby.
Because birth is physical it is really great to practice staying calm and relaxed throughout endurance exercises. We will do lots of them!
Because your body is going through many inner and outer changes at the moment it is therefore important to nurture yourself with lots of love and tenderness.
